COMPLAINTS
If you are not happy with your insolvency practitioner’s service, you must first complain to them directly. At Beacon all complaints must be made in writing to Marco Piacquadio. If you are not satisfied with their response, you can use an online form provided by the Insolvency Service to complain to their professional (authorising) body.
